Privacy policy
Plain words. Last updated October 26, 2026. Arogo ("we") runs ready-made AI workflows on accounts you connect, at arogo.app.
What we collect
- Your account: your name and email address from the sign-in you choose (Google, GitHub or an email code), and which workspace you belong to.
- What you tell us: the workflows you pick and their settings (for example the link to a sheet), and anything you describe in a request.
- Data from accounts you connect, only for the workflows you turn on. See the next section.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Basic usage: when workflows run and whether they worked, so we can keep them working.
Google account data
If you connect a Google account, we ask only for what the workflows you pick need:
- Google Sheets (read only): we read the one sheet whose link you give us. We never change it.
- Google Calendar (read only): we read your events for the period the workflow covers, for example tomorrow's meetings. We never change your calendar.
- Google Drive (files you pick or Arogo creates only): we see only those files, not the rest of your Drive.
- Gmail (send only): we send the workflow's results to you, from your own address. We do not read your inbox.
We use this data only to make the results you asked for and send them to you. To write a result, the relevant data is sent to our AI model provider (Google Gemini) for that request; we use Gemini’s paid API, under which Google does not use it to improve its products. We keep the result itself (the draft you see and approve) so you can find it later. We do not keep copies of your sheets, calendars or files beyond what the result contains.
Arogo's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, do not use it to train general AI models, and do not let people read it except with your permission, for security, or where the law requires.
Access keys for connected accounts are stored encrypted. You can disconnect an account at any time from Connections in the app; we delete its keys at once. You can also remove Arogo from your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
What we use it for
- To run the workflows you turn on and email you their results.
- To sign you in, keep your workspace secure and bill your plan.
- To answer you and fix workflows that break.
We don't sell your data, and we don't add you to a newsletter.
Who else processes it
Only the services we need to run Arogo: Amazon Web Services (hosting and storage), Clerk (sign-in), Google Gemini (writing results), Resend (sending email) and Stripe (payments).
Keeping and deleting
We keep your data while your account is open. You can delete your account and all of its data from the Privacy page in the app at any time, and we confirm when it's done. Backups are overwritten within 35 days.
Children
Arogo is not for people under 16.
